I saw that piece this am and just read the section for CA, which may give a hint as to the overall usefulness of their info. The CA section referenced info from 2020, all of which has since timed out and is no longer relevant - unless there's been some other orders issued that I'm not aware of. And if that's the case, the author(s) of that XYZ article clearly aren't aware of it, either...
