Not to be confused with PREMIUM owned by John Hoyt.

A midwest notary, new to the game (under a year), reports no pay for almost 4 months. Fact, not fiction. Hoyt preys on newbies, no question. I guess you could call this second-hand info, conveyed by a credible, reputable, and honorable person with an outstanding record of serving our country.
It didn't happen to me. I work with probably a dozen 5-star companies, NO deadbeats. Too savvy to work for people who have no intention of paying me. No time to bug companies to pay me.
Fact-checking is the key to knowing who the good companies are, and in these two examples, I would not extend credit to either of them.
