It's not that easy. Anyone who'd take $50.00 to do a signing will wreck your reputation with your title companies as a new SS who call you to close that loan properly and expect competent notaries to do so.

A notary really cannot farm out personal work assigned to. That company is expecting that notary to sign those docs, not Jane Doe who's not vetted who you pulled off the street to close your loan at 50% off.
There are all sorts of issues attempting to start up a SS business, including insurance and cash flow and payment history and being respected by what you offer.
