Yeah, that was my first question as well to OP. How did you deal with the language barrier? By personal experience, I've encountered that OC Title has no problem ignoring our notary laws (posted about that here in 2014). However, I don't believe OP would go that route.
My next question was -- Did you get rid of your portable scanner? Or like me, I don't want to leave mine in the car for a variety of reasons so I only take it with me when I know I'll need it. Maybe OP took assignment while already on the road? |
