Just guessing, but she also said this, which might have had something to do with it: "I am sharing/partnering my workload with the approval of my clients..."
If a client is informed and approves, that could make all the difference - especially if it's a regular, local client they know personally and with whom they have a close working relationship. I agree that it's important to make that distinction and that we should all be very cautious about giving others access to passwords and files. I imagine Cheryl knows that. |
