For many, many months, I've been getting calls (different numbers) from this company trying to sell me toner. Each and every time, I've asked them to take me off their calling list and tell them I've requested this from them before. They're very apologetic and say they will. Nope. Still getting calls. Well ... this morning, I had enough!
I Googled them. Found their website and sent them a message via their "Contact Us". Within 10 minutes, I received a response from their president.
Me: Comment = I receive calls from your company at least several times a week. I have repeatedly asked callers to take me off their calling lists. They apologize and say they will. Nope. Still happens. Calls come in from different phone numbers. PLEASE STOP. If I receive one more call from you, my next step will be to file a complaint with the FTC for harassment and failure to abide by the Do Not Call registry rule.
Them: Hi Yolanda,
We are sorry and I will first check on the status of your phone number being added to our DO NOT CALL list.
If it has not been added already, I will have it added promptly and make sure you don't get anymore call from our company in a few days.

Hopefully, this takes care of this pesky situation. If not, I'll follow through and file a complaint. It's truly a shame we have to resort to these tactics. ;(
