and goes on to list the various out-of-state officials who may do it. But what does "proof or acknowledgement" mean? Does it mean either a proof of execution or an acknowledgement? Is it just a longer way of saying acknowledgement?
AB 1093 will renumber the quote above as part (a) and add a new part (b) which list which out-of-state officials may do a proof or execution by RON.
