"Tortious interference is a common law tort allowing a claim for damages against a defendant who wrongfully interferes with the plaintiff's contractual or business relationships. See also intentional interference with contractual relations."
IMO this strongly applies to these tactics - this is interfering with the notary maintaining a business relationship.
As to this part - " During one video, Ronnie smiled as he talked about how notaries can be black listed. The black listing could be seen by the majority of hiring parties and that it would follow the notary for the rest of their career. It was like a threat. If you don’t follow my rules, I will make a negative comment on your file for the world to see."
Blackmail/extortion/...maybe bribery? "Pay me $300 or I'll blacklist you"... uuhhh...what?? Coercion? With all the foregoing things WRONG with this I can't believe notaries fall for it.
