You were not clear as to what you actually saw, and that is why I was asking for clarification . . . for you to explain what you were trying to tell us. So it was Signing Order he was showing you. Yes Signing Order does have a blacklist feature. I am not so sure a lot of companies take it too seriously, as there appears to be certain people that use it to ruin the reputation and the ability to receive further work if he does not like you.
