I can remember them being about 30-40 pages...they have since grown. I remember the piggyback loans, with the traditonal, and then the HELOC same time. Those maybe were a little smaller as done same time, together, same lender. The modifications were much smaller, however, and of course, it all depends on the lender and how together and streamlined they have their paperwork. |
