If they cannot respect your professional fee, let them search elsewhere. If a company values what you have to offer, they need to pay it.
The "favor" part was funny, and what are you getting out of it? Less compensation? lol A few SSs come to mind a few years ago and would start out with the "favor" plea. Give me a break. They need to give you the favor and take less cut for themselves. |
