Orange Coast Title

OMG! I cannot believe a Title Co would say this:

"I understand, however they canceled after they signed, so I will not be able to pay the invoice."

I sent a Past Due notice for a signing request done on August 8th for which I printed two sets of documents, drove 30 miles and performed the Notary as requested and now they say that because the customer cancelled (by NRTC) they they can't pay me ??? WTF ??

What is my recourse???
