My response after some research:
"Hello David:
I did not find a website for Favored Panel. The few reviews I found on you and your company(ies) lead me to believe your fee of $25 is what you were paying in 2016 and not enough for scope of work even back then. I also found some negative reviews regarding payment.
Thank you for reaching out. However, at this time, I cannot extend credit to you."
Business may be slow, but I'm not giving away my time and resources.
