You regret getting your commission, you missed out on some great earning years with the refi-boom (I'm assuming your direct marketing skills are abysmal, too bad), and you have to constantly ask what little clients you have for an extra $10 to print (meaning your fees are not high enough to begin with). Sad, just sad.

I'm sorry you continue to work in something you hate so much and have "profitable assignments". Whatever that means in your world.
