Copy of journal entries
Posted by  Bee_CA of CA on 11/21/22 4:07pm Msg #643436
Question for California notaries:

I received a request for a copy of my journal entries for a general notary job I did in January, 2022. The request is via email and attached to the email are the copies of the documents I notarized.

Am I just splitting hairs (in this digital age), or should I require the request to come in paper form with the details of the notarizations in the body of the request?

Thank you for your insights.

 I'd make sure you keep a hard copy of the request. n/m -  MW/VA on 11/22/22 9:03am
