We all make mistakes now and then. If I have to go back out to correct my error, I'll correct it at my expense.
If the error is on the part of the lender and/or escrow, that correction is at their expense. Same if there's an SS involved.
Think of it this way: If lender/escrow commits an error that requires correction and the original notary is not available for that correction, they'll have to find another notary to take care of the issue and pay that notary. |
