She stated we can use the extension paper with the expired driver license if the number match when I got an email from SOS stating we cannot use it. Also she stated we can list aka in the notary certificate and again I have an email from sos stating we are not allowed to certified capacity and aka for sos is a capacity. But the best I think is … we can use a marriage certificate or social security card if wife just got married and she did not change her name on the driver license, if we believe she is the right person, we can use it and just write a note in our journal.
