Not naming the co., but if you've worked with 'em, you'll know. 12 years of this nonsense and I really want to tell them to get it together after this last pkg. They always have multiple doc pkgs and a 'how to print' page which includes 'print to size'. This particular pkg. had me tearing my hair out because it was so badly scanned...some, but not all 'letter-size' were scanned as 8 1/2 x 12; some, but not all 'legal-size' were scanned as 8 1/2 x 13. This results in my printer stopping & I have to manually tell it which tray to pull from. It took over a very frustrating 1 1/2 hours to print & included a lot of reprints & changes to 'set-up' to produce 1 perfect page...repeatedly throughout the package.
I REALLY WANT TO TELL THEM THEY ARE IDIOTS...politely. How do I do that? |
