That, I can surely understand. But “the desk” (as burdensome as it was) tied me to a paycheck! Building a business like this one is not the easiest thing. The good news is there are low start up costs (relatively speaking); and loads of helpful tips archived on here.
Start by searching for “newbie,” or equipment and expenses; then read back a few years.
Then market as much as you can. Most important is to follow your Handbook notary rules.
