| I'm in North San Diego County and can assure you there's no rush for loan closings in my area. Hundreds maybe thousands of notaries were commissioned and pretty well trained that are also sitting by the phone just waiting, and would probably even drive to the OC to get an assignment IF any were available. I get about one GNW assignment per day, which buys me lunch and the rest goes into the cookie jar to fund my expensive advertising programs. |
