My experience echoes yours, Alz. We are all sharing the pain. It is the new frontier of our biz.

Yet escrow and title fees are thensame, only higher. I closed my own property sale yesterday. Signing fee for buyer and seller side was $175 on each side. Grant deed, trust cert, wiring fee instructions for an all cash sale. We are the only ones left out of the equation. We keep getting squeezed.
