That action shows an appalling lack of good faith - especially for the difference in one document. The only exception I would add would be if this was for GNW and you quoted them a fee that was at least partially based on number of signatures. If I quoted someone a travel fee plus $45 for 3 signatures, but only did two, then I'd be OK reducing my fee by $15 (since I'm in CA). Somehow, though, I suspect that wasn't the case here...  |
