The last ploy has always annoyed the heck out of me...too many, too low over too much time offers is a stupid game. Lately, I'm seeing the net get thrown over way too much area and I don't understand the logic in thinking someone 75 miles away is going to accept that $45 offer or counter for less than the guy 5 miles away. |
