The way of our world, our nation, our own backyards, people are cautious. They want to be able to see the person in front of them for notarizing their important documents. Loan documents are no longer the wave, we all know now that it will take a long time for the biz to rebound.
The loan opportunities I see primarily via apps are offering low fees for voluminous packages and scan backs required. It just doesn't make sense.
I wouldn't bank on the mortgage rates plunging near enough to make a difference in our call volume.
