I too have been trying to get into both Bancserv and Servicelink as I had a signing on Wednesday and one early tomorrow (Monday) morning. Sadly I didn’t download the docs for the Monday job last Tuesday (they kept changing the docs) and from years of experience in the mortgage game I knew things would change in the week ahead. Now I wish I had.
Sure hope they get it fixed soon!!
