Finally heard back from Bancserv customer service this morning:
"Our system, website and email have all been down. We are hoping to have our system back up today, but it could be tomorrow.
Please keep checking back periodically and if you had any signings pending, coordinate directly with the title company via phone.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to work through the recovery process."
Interesting how they don't let us know they had a cyber/ransomware attack and that credentials may have been compromised. Here's a link in case someone isn't aware of what's happened.
