They used to be one of the "good ones" back in the day, but looks like they've fallen off, maybe closing soon?
In the past, I've sent emails to the SS and cc'd title agents/loan officers involved, just to let them know I've not been paid. This may help your cause as well. No guarantees though, but it does let TC know perhaps NOT to use that SS in the future since it can't pay its NSA's.
I'd also seek a collections company for assistance.
