Had a seller's signing on Thursday. The seller is 99 years old, doesn't look a day over 60, and sharp as a tack. Her 75 year old son lives with her and takes care of her. At the conclusion, he stands up, pulls his wallet out and says, "here's a little something towards your trip to Fedex." As I'm saying "no, I'm getting paid by escrow," as they both smile, he hands me a $100 bill.
