| If I remember correctly, the contract/agreement is for something like 30-40 years and the homeowner agrees to only use MV Reality to handle the sale of the home. That can be a big problem if many years go by and the homeowner doesn't remember and/or the homeowner is disabled mentally or physically or dies, and the survivors do not know about the agreement. |
