That familiar with the source ... Florida Notary Service ... But this is what was said ... I have someone I trust looking into it as I cannot find any statutory reference to this..

"A FL Notary would not be able to accept a digital ID as proof of a signer's identity if the Notary does not have the necessary tools to authenticate the digital ID's validity. Finally in order to accept an electronic form of identification in Florida it would need to comply with state Notary laws."
