It's my business. I set my fees.

Yes, I work with Service Link ... when they meet my fees.

Several years ago, they asked me to generate a spreadsheet for my fees. I did so. It's comprised of each town/city/zip code/county and each one states what my fee is for each. I cover a large territory so the task took a while to formulate. But, it worked out well. I use that same spreadsheet for my quotes to any hiring party.

I may not work with Service Link often now -- worked with them frequently during the pandemic -- but I do work with them. For instance, just received payment yesterday of $250 for a loan modification signed 12/20th.

Lee and Linda are correct. That "lower your fees and you'll get all our work" is a no-go. It can't work and is non-compliant with my business model.

I've posted many times: This is your business. Take command of it and set your own fees.
