Welcome back Natalia. As you noted, "Seems like everything has dried up quite a bit", and a lot of the companies you listed are using platforms to contact notaries instead of calling or texting directly. The fees have dried up also, because the offers are coming in at bottom feeding levels.

Since you are starting over, begin with Signing Central and market from there. Read the comments about the company on SC, but also use the search button to find recent comments that aren't listed in SC.
