Thanks, Yoli. I didn't think to look for them without the spaces. Kinda sneaky, actually. Doesn't surprise me, though.

Interesting that in the past 5 years, it's almost all 1* reviews, with one exception - from someone in CA (probably the owner or staff person). Definitely sounds like a company to run from!
