| I'm not sure if Title 365 and Avenue 365 are the same. Title 365 is/was associated with XOME. I believe when I signed up with them 8 years ago, they were American Title. Title 365 does blast offers through their mobile app. Fees seem to differ depending on the lender. When the errors are found it doesn't affect your fee and doesn't seem to impact the scorecard. When they receive and review the actual file, they don't find any errors requiring corrections. |
