I have just dealt with this company. I did a signing for them on 3/30, which should have been paid by 4/29/2024. I submitted several past due notices.
I finally got paid today after contacting the Title company, talking to the owner of BBN and threatening to contact the fraud division at the Avondale Police department. It was right after that threat and emailing the Title Company that I got a response and they wired payment to me.
If anyone is waiting for payment from this company and it’s past the 30 days, contact the title company to let them know it looks bad on them for choosing this company that doesn’t pay their contractors. Then call Elias and Luis Ocegueda. the owners. Of BBN |
