Mortgage Connect offer this morning

180-page refi package, less than 1-1/2 hours' notice with 40-minute drive to signing location, scan backs required. Offer does say "URGENT".

All this can be had for the amazing NSA fee of $70! I guess someone bit; offer never appeared again.
