| I don't understand the need for a signing company to use these platforms. If I were the title company paying a fee to locate a notary, why would I use a signing company if the signing company is using a platform to do the job instead. It provides a signing service an opportunity to financially control the order when their involvement adds nothing but an extra cost to the transaction. A lot of the signing company's know that they can fill these orders from desperate notaries willing to give their fee to a signing company. |
