This cert is for a Signature by Mark signing...where signer cannot sign name but only a mar .. Usually an X...look up Signature by Monaco in your state's notary handbook
In FL, these also require two independent witnesses to also sign the doc and be named in the cert. We have a special feet or mat for that |
