However, what's not clear is whether OP is asking what verbiage the AIF is to use while signing -- i.e. John Doe by Mary Doe, his attorney in fact; or, Mary Doe, attorney in fact for John Doe; or some variation thereof. This verbiage is usually dictated by the receiver of the document. |
