I've had many run ins with Sovereign Citizens. Only a few wanted me to perform a Notary Protest (which is legal in my state). I don't mind speaking with them on the phone and then politely telling them that I don't perform that type of notarial act.
The SC's that get my blood boiling are the ones who: show me fake government ID's; use red pens, and hand me documents that are longer than the original US Constitution, and when I ask them to tell me about the document they want to sign...they can't explain it. Just a huge waste of my time. I'm much better now at asking questions over the phone and sorting them out. |
