It depends on why you obtained a notary commission. I'm surprised you hadn't sought training already, because you seemed to have bought the whole package. Picture yourself in a small office with a line of 50 customers winding around your building each needing a notarization. That's how many notarizations it would take to pay the lease on your office. Or you can be a Loan Signing Agent and with the proper training and constant source of assignments actually make a moderate income.
