Out of curiosity, does your business ever give freebies?

I’m not talking about those folks who won’t pay you, thus by default it becomes a freebie.

Specifically, when you make the choice not to charge for a specific service. If this is the case, under what set of circumstances would provoke you to do such?

I am very curious…. And of course there is a short narrative for later. IMJS.
