Went down like this: Been getting jobs via text from new companies since March. Notice that we got paid by these newbies via Deluxe check. Okay. Until yesterday. I printed out deluxe check and saw it had the correct job #, but Payor was not the client, Standard Notary, it was NotaryPay LLC and Payee was not me, but a company called Mobile Notary Zone LLC! Emailed Standard who told me to 'pound sand' - that they paid NotaryPay LLC as accountant and they used the info on MY Profile to make the check payable to 'Zone' so therefore I have to correct my profile bc it's my mistake and go get the money from Deluxe. I called Deluxe who said-they have no authority to change Payor name. Period. Go get money from NotaryPay LLC. I explained that the client is Standard. Deluxe shrugged. Not their problem. MEANWHILE, another Deluxe check arrives- same day - another 'newbie' Phoenix Notary Pro LLC and this time is showing as 'Payor' Job order correct but again Payee is "Mobile Notary Zone LLC". Two checks, Uncashable. Phoenix was WONDERFUL! She cancelled the Deluxe check and sent me copy of my Profile that she screenshot from where she found me - SIGNINGORDER.COM! It's an old pic, my biz name is missing middle initial, and the payor name is shown as MOBILE NOTARY ZONE LLC. Won't go thru rest of it - but signing order just agreed to remove my profile that I did not authorize them to post. Go there now and check YOUR profiles. This company is vacuuming good SA's and using them in their database that charge signing services for! |
