I think this is a great example of where more than one thing can be true, so I believe both Pamela and Doris are correct. (I'm assuming that the original reason this site was created is now beside the point, 20+ years later...)
In some parts of the country, just based on what I've read in this forum, this site can be a good source for hiring parties to find notaries, then choose to call them or not. In other areas, like the ones where Pamela and I live, it's so expensive to do the SEO to get this site to show up on the first page of search engines, that that hasn't really happened, apart from the rare exception. [It's possible that might be changing though. At least I can hope...  ]
One thing that's for sure, though, is that this site is not a platform, so no hiring takes place through here. |
