It is used by anyone looking for a notary in a given area. It is NOT an SS, Platform, TC. Parties using this Directory generally actually CALL you--which (YAY!) allows you to actually know all the details of the assignment so you can give a fee Quote that is profitable. Unlike the way the platforms work Frown
