I was just informed that I will NOT be getting my $150 fee due to the company losing money since it didn't close. I've been in bs for over 30 years and this is a first as I have always been paid on all refi's, helocs, sales and purchases and never given the excuse that they didn't make any money. Shouldn't their t's be crossed before sending us out to notarize documents? Grrrr!
