Did you get an answer to your question?

Did some digging for you...as I'm pretty much too exhausted after this past week to do much else....one thing I found is using a U.S. based notary and doing a remote notarization. Is your signer's DL current?

Also found that what is needed depends on what's being notarized - this is the link to the info I found..

http://www.travelchinacheaper.com/document-notarized-china#:~:text=China-Based%20Notary:%20You%E2%80%99re%20in%20China%20and#:~:text=China-Based%20Notary:%20You%E2%80%99re%20in%20China%20and

I'm pretty sure you probably found this too, but thought I'd share as I didn't see any answers to your question. To answer your specific question, no I have no experience with this..LOL

Good Luck. Come back and let us know how it worked out and what you found out so the rest of us know.
