I did go to java 'site and saw most complaints were about late docs.
This was my first signing with Signature Closers. They called me (yes, phone call) on Friday at 5:07pm for a 7pm signing for location 50 minutes away. Told them it wouldn't happen at 7:00. Scheduler was ok with that said to just check w/borrowers. Told her I needed docs immediately. She said if I don't see them in 10 minutes, let 'em know and they'll contact TC. 10 minutes later, I did this. Waiting, waiting. Finally, at 5:52, I emailed them that if I don't have docs by 6:00, please re-assign. VOILA! Docs appeared immediately. 
I had checked with borrowers and they were somewhat flexible on their time. After printing and prepping, signing happened at 7:40pm.
We'll see how this goes. Package was primary residence refi, 164 pages, FHA w/PMI, 30 yr. fixed at 5.25% (points bought down). The mortgage insurance was news to borrowers but they went ahead with it. They're getting rid of adjustable.
