You're soooo right SteveS/CA! NSAs are these platforms bread and butter yet we get no freaken respect at all!
SD does collect revenue from their registered NSAs as they are a signing service FIRST which means they get a cut of all their NSAs' fee, the typical protocol of all signing services. And SD collect fees from their clients who use their platform, which means they collect EVEN MORE $$$ off the backs of NSAs.
These signing service owned platforms have created SLAVE NSAs = those who continue to accept work off these sites, at disgustingly low fees, either because of ignorance, fear or both.
Ignorance, because most NSAs do not know of nor do they INVEST in their business by learning marketing tactics or training so they can learn how to market directly to hiring companies.
Fear, because alot of NSAs using these platforms are full-timers who truly need every penny they earn, albeit these are pennies on the dollar fees, to support their families. |
