That's exactly what I was referring to when I said "at least not directly".

Most NSAs are not salesperson types by nature, and hate the idea of walking into a Title office with a box of donuts, trying to get noticed. The Signing Service model of posting jobs that they can just reply to appeals to them. Unfortunately, there is a price to pay for that convenience. What's left of the fee is simply not enough to live on....even taken cumulatively. |
